If activities cannot be delivered, refunds will be issued for unused services. Padel the City is not responsible for any travel expenses.

Yes. Many regions in Spain enjoy a large number of sunny days even in autumn and winter. In case of bad weather, indoor padel courts will be used when available. Refunds apply for padel services that cannot be delivered.

We require a 50% deposit upon reservation and the remaining 50% the day before your padel program begins. This is because reserving padel coaches and courts represents a significant cost for the clubs.
